We are an independent and privately owned inventory company based in Pembrokeshire, South West Wales.
Twenty 20 inventories believe that an accurate inventory record, prepared by an impartial third party will assist tenants and landlords alike, particularly in view of new legislation introduced in April 2007. Tenants’ deposits should be protected by having an independent inventory carried out by a regulated agent to ensure that any disputes are resolved fairly, without delay and therefore avoiding costly legal disputes.

We offer a comprehensive service which includes; detailed property inventories, tenant check ins, tenant check outs, mid term inspections and inventory updates. Reports are detailed (yet affordable), easy to follow and are supported by digital photographs.
Our Inventory Clerks are fully insured (the company holds public liability and public indemnity insurance) and have attended training with the AIIC (Association of Independent Inventory Clerks).
We are open 7 days a week.
